My Creative Time 89th Edition Sneak Peek Day Three!!

Welcome to the last day of sneak peeks for the 89th Edition Release from My Creative Time!!  This sneak happens to be the freebie this month and you won't want to miss it!! I'll have more details at the end of this post on how to get this die for free.

This little die is called Lucky Bird and will be free for the first 25 shoppers! Hint: Shop early :)

This card combines elements from all the new release items.  I used the branch from the A Friend Like You Set and the sentiment comes from the Amazing Things Stamp Set.  For some quick colouring of the bird, I used Distress Inks in Wilted Violet, Picked Raspberry and Peacock Feathers.  To complete the branch, I used a die from the Stitched Pretty Flowers and Leaves Die Set.

I adhered the darling birdie on the largest doily from the Bunch of Stitched Doily Dies which I loosely watercoloured with a watercolour crayon from Lyra.  I decided to use some woodgrain cardstock that I've had in my stash forever.  I cut a panel to fit the front of the A2 card base.

The sentiment was heat embossed on a strip of black paper and everything was adhered using foam adhesive.

I love this cute bird die and I think you will too!!
