I created a shaped card base using the largest die in the Scalloped Stitched Oval Dies by dic cutting it twice, scoring one oval at the top and adhering the two together. I inked up the second largest die in the same set with Broken China Distress Oxide Ink and added a few water splatters. All the images were stamped onto Bristol Paper and watercolored with Distress Oxides as well.
To set the scene, I die cut both cloud borders from the Floating Cloud Dies out of the Bristol as well. I ran the borders through with the same oval die as the inked panel to get the stitching across the bottom.
I bit of white gel pen details and Nuvo Crystal Glaze on the window of the plane was all I added for extras.
I hope you'll take a look through your stash to find some "forgotten" sets that need some love!
Thanks for stopping by! see you soon!

Laurie, your card is beautiful. I love your shaped card and the stamped hearts around the boarder.
