Your Next Stamp DT Dare...Pop It Up!!

It's time for the DT Dare on Your Next Stamp and the "dare" is to pop it up!!  This comes pretty easy to me as I LOVE dimension on my cards! Stay tuned to the end of this post for details on how you can win a stamp set of your choice from YNS!!!

For this project I used the brand new Strike Up Some Fun stamp set. This is the funniest set with awesome images and sentiments.  Perfect for all the bowlers you may have in your life.

I stamped, coloured and fussy cut the single bowling pin as well as the group of pins.  I added a double layer of foam adhesive to the group and a single layer to the single pin.

I added them to a layer of red cardstock which was also popped up on the card base using fun foam.  To add a bit of interest to the base of the card, I used the Star Ink Splatter stamp and a light grey ink.  I love every single one of the Ink Splatter stamps.  It's a quick and easy way to add something extra to your card without a lot of effort.

The sentiment comes from the same stamp set. I coloured it up with some Copics and fussy cut around it.  And of course, more foam tape was used to pop it up!

I added a white gel pen stitching line around the red panel and Glossy Accented to the eyes of the pins and the sentiment!

For a chance to win a stamp set of your choice from the YNS shop, all you have to do is leave a comment on the YNS BLOG!!!  Comment must be left by July 13th at midnight. Winner will be announced on July 15th!!

Good luck and thank you so much for stopping by...much appreciated!

Until next time....

Laurie
