My Creative Time 90th Edition Release Sneak Peek Day 4!!

Welcome back to our final day of sneak peeks!  I hope you've been enjoying all these looks at the upcoming products.  I think this may be my favourite release to date!!

Today, we're having a look at the new Flower & Heart Mom Dies!!  This is actually the freebie this month and you won't want to miss it!  This is a set of two "Mom" word dies but the centre of each is different. You guessed it, one is a flower, the other a heart!  But, what is really awesome about this set is that it co-ordinates perfectly with the Add-ons from the 2X2 Note Holder Die, which we showcased yesterday!!

I chose the hearts for my project today!!  I started by creating my own background using the different heart dies from the Add-Ons set.  This was easy and didn't take too much time at all!!

I used Spun Sugar, Worn Lipstick and Picked Raspberry Distress Oxide Inks on the card base before adhering my die cut panel down.  I did cut the "Mom" out of white cardstock and inked it with the two lighter inks.

I cut the smallest heart from the 2X2 Note Holder Add-Ons out of white cardstock and adhered it directly to the heart in the Mom.  I then covered the entire die in Nuvo Crystal Glaze.  The sentiment comes from the Healing Wishes Stamp & Die Set which fit perfectly onto one of the new Strip Sentiment Dies (I'm totally addicted to these sentiment strips!!).
